Lee managed our loft project, which included a dormer, in 2019 whilst employed by a loft conversion company. He checked in with me daily to update me on what had been done and what would be done next and worked really hard whilst on site, and during a heatwave! Lee was pleasant and polite, and through his work he demonstrated that he is a skilled and capable carpenter. We are still very happy with our new space and continue to receive lots of compliments!
Lee did a dormer to the rear conversion on my house and I can not fault the work. He is extremely professional and precise with his workings which has left my loft looking pristine. Any questions were answered in detail which helped me feel a lot more at ease. I highly recommend Lee and his team and will be looking to use them again for future renovations
Lee was the builder that led the team that was involved in our loft conversion recently. It was a job that involved ripping out the loft room that we had, removing the stairs, and then developing a bedroom and en-suite in the loft , with new stairs leading up in the opposite direction.
He is a competent builder and we are very pleased with the end result.
He was always helpful and happy to discuss any queries that we had, and to give advice . He communicated with us at all stages of the process.
When you have a project of this size going on in your home it is important that you get along with your builder. Lee was always cheerful and we were happy to have him around and felt that we could trust him.

Lee communicated with me every step of the way, we discussed every point in full detail with him explaining everything as we went, I was never left with unanswered questions or queries, I felt in control the whole time. Being my first renovation project this was hugely important to me.
The team worked tirelessly to finish our build within the projected time frame to an extremely high spec finish. They were reliable, considerate, professional and a pleasure to work with. Being at home full time on maternity leave with a month old and a 3 year old I was anxious about the intrusiveness of the build. However, every trade and specialist bought on site by Lee was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, the were neat and organised and most importantly honest and transparent.
We are delighted with the finished product and can't wait to use our new guest bedroom with en-suite and home office. I couldn't recommend this dynamic, thoughtful team more. So impressed.
