A Velux loft conversion also known as a roof light conversion, installs Velux or equivalent roof windows directly into the existing roof slope without altering the roofline or the external appearance of your home. It's the simplest and most cost-effective type of loft conversion available, and in most cases requires no planning permission.

Openings are cut into the existing roof slope and Velux or equivalent roof windows are fitted and weatherproofed. The existing roof structure is retained and strengthened where required — there's no change to the roofline or external appearance of the property.
